If God has called you to reach your own people, this page is for you. ENDS trains and supports national pastors and evangelists through trusted partners. We take vetting seriously — for your protection and for the people you serve — so this application is thorough. Take your time. Answer plainly. There are no trick questions, and simple English is completely fine. Our standard is published openly at How We Vet a National Pastor; this form is the first step of that process. What happens next: a real person reads your application, and if it looks like a fit, we begin a conversation — with you, your church, and your references.

If you serve where being known is dangerous: do not write your exact village or address — your country and general region are enough. Do not name people who could be put at risk. We protect the identities of workers in restricted places, and we will handle everything you send with care.

05What You Believe

Please read our Statement of Faith first. Then mark what you can affirm with a clear conscience.

The Bible is God's Word — true, final in authority, and sufficient for faith and life.

There is one God in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man; salvation comes only through His death and resurrection.

Salvation is by God's grace alone, through faith alone — not earned by works, ritual, or payment.

The church is Christ's body — marked by the Word, believers' baptism and the Lord's Supper, loving discipline, and the Great Commission.

We check references for every applicant. That protects you and the people you serve.

09Commitment

What saying yes would mean.

* I am willing to complete the full training — about 24 months — and to be assessed by what I can demonstrate, not by attendance. I am willing to train others in turn.

* I give ENDS permission to contact my references and my church, and to verify what I have written here. I understand my information will be handled carefully and my identity protected where needed.
