Terms of Use.

By using endsinitiative.org, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The Site

This website is operated by the Ends of the Earth Initiative ("ENDS"). Its content is provided for information and to enable prayer and giving in support of national pastor training. We may update or change the site at any time.

Gifts & Sponsorships

Gifts made through this site support ENDS's mission of training and supporting national pastors through vetted field partners. To use resources responsibly and to protect workers in sensitive regions, ENDS retains discretion over the application of funds toward this mission; a gift designated to a particular pastor or region will be applied to that purpose or, if that is not possible, to the same mission as near to your intent as practical. Recurring gifts continue until you cancel them, which you may do at any time.

Refunds

If a gift is made in error, contact us promptly at info@endsinitiative.org and we will work with you in good faith.

Illustrative Content

Some individual profiles, figures, and updates on this site are identified as illustrative while ENDS finalizes verified, partner-approved information. Such content is labeled and should not be relied upon as a statement of present fact.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit content through its forms that is unlawful, abusive, or that could endanger a worker in the field (for example, by attempting to reveal a protected pastor's location).

Intellectual Property

Site content, including the ENDS name, curriculum, and design, is owned by ENDS or used with permission. The training curriculum may be freely printed and shared for church and missions-committee use, with attribution.

No Warranty; Limitation

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENDS is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

These are sensible general-purpose terms for a nonprofit donation site. Have legal counsel adapt them to your jurisdiction, entity type, and payment processor before relying on them.
