Where
No One
Else
Will Go.
ENDS trains national pastors in the most remote, unreached regions on earth. Not because it's easy. Because it's the only strategy with the reach, the roots, and the resolve to finish the task.
People Groups
No Gospel Access
Unreached Regions
The frontier has always belonged to those closest to it. A national pastor speaks the language, knows the land, and cannot be deported. He is not a guest in the harvest — he is the harvest worker. We exist for one reason: to find him, train him, resource him, and release him to reach his people with the power of the gospel.
Why We Send
Nationals.
Our mission is simple: finish the Great Commission by training the people already standing on the frontier. For two centuries the Western church has sent its own — and God has used them mightily. But the math of the remaining task has changed, and honesty about that math is not a betrayal of missionaries. It is a strategy for finishing what they started.
We honor every Western missionary who has gone. Many of the national churches we now partner with exist because someone crossed an ocean a century ago. What follows is not criticism — it is arithmetic.
The question is not whether Western missionaries are faithful. It is whether the remaining task can be finished by visas, furloughs, and support letters. We believe the ends of the earth will be reached the way they always have been — by the people who live there.

What A Pastor
Learns.
Your $85 a month doesn't fund something vague. It funds this: a 24-month, four-phase formation — oral-first, delivered in-country, in the pastor's own language, shaped alongside partners like SLMIF's Servant Leadership Academy. Every module ends in a demonstrated competency, not a certificate on a wall.
Before a man teaches the Book, the Book must have him. Phase I lays the storyline of Scripture, the gospel itself, and the pastor's own soul as foundations — because the frontier forgives many weaknesses, but not a shallow one.

Phase II builds the pastor's ability to handle the Word without help — to read (or hear) it rightly, hold sound doctrine, and teach it in ways oral cultures actually retain. This is the guard-rail against heresy in movements that multiply faster than seminaries can follow.
05Hearing the Book — Oral Hermeneutics28 hrs▶
06Doctrine I — God, Christ & Spirit28 hrs▶
07Doctrine II — Sin, Salvation & the Church28 hrs▶
08Teaching the Word — Storying & Retention28 hrs▶
Phase III turns a teacher into a shepherd. Planting, pastoring, the ordinances, suffering, and the pastor's own household — the daily realities of leading a frontier church that no classroom in the West could simulate.

Training one pastor is addition. Phase IV is multiplication — every graduate leaves able to train others, connected to a network, and commissioned to a named unreached people. This is where $85 a month becomes a movement.

Than You Think.
"We don't send missionaries to places we can't reach. We train the man who's already there — who was born there, who will die there, and whose grandchildren will preach there."
Meet The
Pastors.
Not a program. Not a fund. A person — with a name, a language, a village, and a calling. Choose one. Pray for them by name. Stand behind their training.
Transparency note: Dr. Yupho and David Livingstone lead our verified partner organizations. Other profiles, funding figures, and prayer counts shown are illustrative examples of how sponsorship works, pending field verification with our partners.
Right now, people around the world are praying for these pastors by name.

Mission Impact India joins as Partner 002. Led by David Livingstone, the ministry brings its rescue–reveal–restore work among the villages of Andhra Pradesh into the ENDS partner network — and with it, a foothold in the nation with more unreached people groups than any other on earth.
-
New Servant Leadership Academy cohort convenes. Leaders from Karen, Thai, and neighboring communities gather at our founding partner's campus for the 123-hour formation track — theological depth, church-planting method, and servant leadership at the core.
-
Oral Scripture resources reach the borderland churches. Through Dr. Yupho's networks, audio Scripture in S'gaw Karen moves village to village along the frontier — for communities that have never held a page of the Bible in their own tongue.
-
Church number seven takes root above 4,000 meters. Pastor Dawa reports fourteen villages now touched by house churches no road can reach — and three young men asking to be trained next.
-
Four trained leaders, four new gatherings. Moussa's underground network grows quietly — two villages that had never heard the name of Jesus now host weekly gatherings in family courtyards.
-
First baptisms on the river corridor. Luciana baptized eleven first-generation believers at dawn — the first baptisms in 300 kilometers of river in living memory.
Where We
Operate.
The
Partners.
We don't parachute in. We build through indigenous organizations already rooted on the frontier — from the Karen borderlands of Southeast Asia to the villages of Andhra Pradesh.
Servant Leadership Ministry Foundation
Founded and led by Rev. Dr. Yupho Mathusonsawan (Doctor of Leadership, Fuller Theological Seminary), SLMIF exists to bring leaders back to the basics — forming pastors, evangelists, and disciple-makers across Thailand and Southeast Asia, with deep roots in the Karen and Thai church. Four arms carry the work: a 123-hour cohort academy taught by fourteen international faculty, the Karen Bible college founded in 2010, an annual regional conference, and a Frontline Mission arm — led by Pastor Pornsawan Mathusonsawan — whose motto says it all: Find. Train. Release.

Mission Impact India
"Serve Christ by serving others." Mission Impact India works among the unreached villages of Andhra Pradesh and beyond — in a nation of nearly 1,600 languages and more than 2,000 unreached people groups, the largest concentration of gospel need on earth. Their work moves in three motions: rescuing children from trafficking, poverty, and illiteracy; revealing purpose through shelter and care; and restoring hope through the teaching of Scripture.

Forty On The
Frontline.
Through our founding partner's Servant Leadership Evangelist arm, forty frontline missionaries and evangelists are serving right now across Thailand and Southeast Asia — pastors, nurses, farmers, translators, and teachers carrying the gospel into prisons, slums, fishing villages, and unreached highlands. Every one of them is raising support. Every one of them can be yours to stand behind.
Own A
Region.
We don't want your church's budget line. We want your church's heart. There is a people group right now — with a name, a language, a geography — waiting for a church in the West to pray them into the Kingdom. We help you find yours.
Train A
Pastor.
Your monthly giving doesn't fund a program. It funds a person — by name — reaching a people that cannot be reached any other way.
One Dispatch.
Every Month.
One email a month from the frontier: a field report, a named pastor to pray for, and exactly what to pray. No fundraising letters. Just marching orders.
