We'd Rather Tell
You The Truth.
ENDS is a young ministry, and we will not pretend otherwise. A lot of organizations describe themselves as finished when they are not. This page does the opposite: it lays out plainly what is verified today, what is still being built, and how we handle the money you entrust to us. If you are going to stand behind this work, you deserve to know exactly where it stands.
VerifiedWhat Is True Today.
These are not projections. They are real, and you can check them.
Two Field Partners
ENDS serves through two established indigenous ministries: the Servant Leadership Ministry Foundation in Thailand (est. 2019) and Mission Impact India (est. 2017). Both have authorized us to represent their work, and their information is drawn directly from their own sites.
A Real Curriculum
The pastor-training curriculum is ours — original ENDS content, aligned with our partners' training. You can read the full curriculum in detail, not a summary.
The Frontline Forty
Through SLMIF's evangelist arm, roughly forty frontline workers are serving across Thailand and Southeast Asia — listed by name and ministry, drawn from our partner's published roster.
A Clear Model
Train and support national pastors to reach the unreached peoples of their own regions. That is the whole strategy — explained on the vision page, backed by the arithmetic of the remaining task.
In FormationWhat We're Still Building.
Naming these plainly is the point of the page. None of it is hidden.
| Area | Where it honestly stands |
|---|---|
| Governance | Our governing board and financial oversight are being established now. We name people here as they are seated — we will not list positions we have not filled. |
| Tax status | ENDS is pursuing recognition as a 501(c)(3). Until that status is granted, we do not represent any gift as tax-deductible. We say so on every giving page. |
| Online giving | Launching soon. Until our payment processing is live, no card is charged; the giving page says so plainly. To give today, contact us directly. |
| Pastor profiles | Beyond our two partner leaders, several profiles, funding figures, and prayer counts on the site are illustrative examples of how sponsorship works. We replace them with real, partner-provided pastors as each one is confirmed. |
| Impact reporting | We are a new ministry; we will publish real field outcomes as our partnerships produce them, rather than borrow numbers that aren't ours. |
StewardshipHow We Handle Money.
The clearest test of a ministry is what it does with a dollar. Our commitments:
- No deductibility claims until they're true. When 501(c)(3) status is granted, we will say so here and issue proper receipts — not before.
- Designated giving is honored. When you give toward a specific pastor or region, that designation is respected.
- Plain reporting. As real gifts flow, we will report where they go without inflating percentages or inventing overhead ratios.
Our Where Your Money Goes page breaks down the sponsorship model and what your giving builds. Questions we haven't answered? The contact page reaches a real person.
Our PromiseThe Standard We Hold Ourselves To.
We would rather under-claim and over-deliver than the reverse. We will not present a projection as a result, an example as a verified fact, or a hope as a track record. If something on this site is a model rather than a measurement, we label it. If we get something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
That is not a marketing posture. It is the same integrity we ask of the pastors we train — and the only foundation on which a ministry that handles other people's gifts, and represents other people's ministries, has any right to stand.
