New Here?
Start Here.
ENDS trains and supports national pastors to reach the unreached peoples of their own regions — where no one else will go. If you are trying to understand what this ministry is and whether to stand behind it, this page is the short version, with links to the longer ones.
The IdeaIn One Sentence.
Most of the people on earth who have never heard the gospel live in places a Western missionary cannot easily go, cannot afford to stay, and cannot pass for a local. But there are already believers near them — men who speak the language, know the culture, and are not going anywhere, because it is home. ENDS trains and stands behind those men. That is the whole idea, and the vision page makes the full case.
The Walk-ThroughFive Minutes, Five Steps.
Understand the problem
Start with what an unreached people group is and what the Great Commission actually asks. The task is specific, countable, and unfinished.
See the model
Read national pastors versus Western missionaries and what a frontier pastor is. It is not that one approach is holy and the other is not — it is about who is positioned to reach the last places, and at what cost.
Look at the training
The curriculum is the heart of the work: a designed 24-month, oral-first, competency-gated formation. It is what your support actually builds.
Meet the partners
ENDS serves through two established indigenous ministries: SLMIF in Thailand and Mission Impact India. We do not run their work. We stand behind it.
Read the honest part
Before you give anyone money, read our accountability page. We are a young ministry and we say so plainly — what is verified today, what is still being built, and how we handle a dollar.
Where It StandsBeing Honest About Our Stage.
ENDS is in formation. Our board and financial oversight are being established. Online giving is launching soon, and until it is live no card is charged. We are pursuing 501(c)(3) status, and until it is granted we do not represent gifts as tax-deductible. Several pastor profiles on the site are illustrative examples, clearly labeled, that we are replacing with real, partner-provided pastors as each is confirmed. We would rather tell you that than pretend to be finished. The accountability page lays it all out.
Take a StepIf You Want to Join In.
There are three ordinary ways to begin: pray, give, and partner. Pray for the pastors and the peoples they are reaching. Give to stand behind a pastor as giving opens. Or, as a church, explore a partnership. If you would rather just ask a question first, the contact page reaches a real person.
